Sound Bath Journey

The Sacred Pause is a restorative midweek sound journey created to help you step away from the noise, release what you have been carrying, and reconnect with yourself.

Through Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, gentle sound and vibration, and intentional moments of silence, you will be invited into a deeply grounding and spacious experience. We will close with humming and a communal OM, allowing our individual voices to become part of one shared vibration.

No prior experience is necessary. Simply come as you are and allow yourself to receive.

Please arrive on time so you can settle comfortably before the journey begins. Doors open 30 minutes before the event.
